1) Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Lucenti Strategy (“Lucenti,” “we,” “us”) provides communications and PR advisory services, strategic positioning, and related support.

3) What the Site does (and does not do)

  • The Site provides general information about Lucenti and our services.
  • The Site content is for informational purposes only.
  • We do not promise specific outcomes. Results depend on facts, timing, third parties, and real-world conditions.
  • Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or tax advice.


4) Using the Site

You agree that you will not:

  • Violate any laws while using the Site
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Site
  • Scrape or copy Site content at scale without permission
  • Upload or transmit malware or harmful code through forms or messages
  • Misrepresent your identity when contacting us
  • We may restrict access if we believe your use harms the Site or others.


5) Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and brand materials) belong to Lucenti or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.


You may use the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.


6) Third-party services and embedded tools

The Site uses third-party platforms and embedded tools, including:

  • Duda (website platform/hosting)
  • Google Analytics (traffic measurement)
  • Calendly (scheduling)
  • Tockify (events calendar)
  • PayPerForm (embedded tool on the Site)


These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is subject to their rules, not ours.


7) Communications you send to us

If you submit information through the Site (forms, scheduling, email), you confirm:

  • You have the right to share it
  • You believe it is accurate
  • It does not violate another person’s rights
  • We can use your message to respond and evaluate service fit. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.


8) Services, proposals, and payments

The Site does not create a client relationship by itself.

A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement (or accept written terms we provide). That agreement controls scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.


9) Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • That content is always complete or current
  • That the Site will meet your specific needs


10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lucenti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.


If liability is found, Lucenti’s total liability for Site-related claims will not exceed $100 USD, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.


11) Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Lucenti harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.


12) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Puerto Rico, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.


13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
